The building is a quiet and secure condominium in Alvor, right in front of Alvor Beach.

A car is optional as supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, bars, and ATMs are available within a few minute's walking distance.

It is also near Portimão (4 km), Lagos (14km), and Albufeira (30km).

Alvor is an ancient coastal fishing village on the western Algarve (Algarve Wins 2012 Award For Best Beach Destination In Europe). The town is located at the mouth of the River Alvor, the most important wetland area in the Algarve. Made up of narrow streets, the village of Alvor has countless restaurants, bars, and shops. You can enjoy grilled fish, fresh seafood, and outstanding nightlife on the waterfront. The superb beach has a mile stretch of golden sand and is rated one of the best on the Algarve (and the world's top 10).

You can walk or hire a bicycle on the new estuary boardwalk, choose a local boat trip to the caves, or even practice water sports like kite surf, windsurfing, Canoeing, and water skiing. You can also hire a car and discover historical places, including Lagos, Silves, Sagres, and the Monchique Mountains.

The area is a golfer's paradise, with the championship course at Penina just a 10-minute drive and Alto, Gramacho, Quinta De Morgado & Palamares all within a 15-minute drive.

Alvor is a resort and quiet fishing village with something special for everyone. The iconic Praia da Rocha is only a few minutes away via the plentiful supply of taxis. The apartment is next to the beach and close to restaurants and shops.

You will not need a car to get to the beach and Alvor village, only if you want to visit and explore the Algarve.

Minimum stay: 2 nights, in the August 7 nights (Sat. to Sat.)

The house is cleaned every week or before the guest's arrival.
